Patient Portal
The IEI’s Patient Portal, powered by NextGen Healthcare, is a secure, confidential, and easy-to-use website that gives patients 24-hour access to their medical records. It’s free to sign up.
Important Note: If you had a patient portal account prior to October 10, 2023, you will need to contact us to enroll in the new patient portal. All patients who schedule a new appointment on or after October 11, and provide their valid email address, will be sent a new portal enrollment email. You cannot sign up for the new portal without contacting us.
